Sunrise East has been one of my top selling buildings in the last 3 months with so much activity - the market for buyers and sellers could not be better. Residence 11F was sold last November for $450,000, and under contract again for $515,000 in January 2016, from my pool of buyers from prior listings. It was SOLD before I listed it on the MLS.
