For my blog this week I would like to highlight another Fort Lauderdale community of which I consider myself an expert and resident specialist.

Last week, I did an in-depth blog highlighting all of the exceptional features that make Corinthian Condominiums, in my opinion, one of the best resort-style living communities in all of Fort Lauderdale. As far as luxury is concerned, no stone has been left unturned. For my blog this week I wanted to highlight a Fort Lauderdale development that has taken years of meticulous planning, strategy, and hard work to turn into a reality. It demonstrates all of the incredible expansion that is taking place in Fort Lauderdale, and why this city is fast becoming one of the most sought after cities by investors, developers, and house hunters across the nation.

The Enclave at Coral Ridge Country Club is Fort Lauderdale’s newest privately gated community in four decades. It first broke ground in early 2016, and is now offering single-family homes. Located off US1/North Federal Highway, The Enclave is in the heart of Fort Lauderdale in the prestigious Bayview Drive area, nestled in the middle of the renowned Robert Trent Jones, Sr. championship 18-hole golf course. This course perfectly captures the essence of the world-renowned golf course architects legacy and vision with its lush, sprawling greens, pristine fairway, and tropical landscaping and ponds.
