As you can see from my past blogs, Fort Lauderdale is experiencing a tremendous real estate boom. In fact, it is one of the most rapidly expanding cities in the country. While once just considered a great place for Spring Breakers to party in the sunshine, this beautiful city is now transforming into a leader in luxury. It seems that every day a new luxury real estate project is being announced, to the point where I believe it now easily rivals Miami in upscale living.

In keeping with this trend, I am incredibly excited for the upcoming Auberge Beach Residences & Spa project.
